A critical part of the role is ensuring that all employees adhere to grooming and uniform standards and report to work on time. The position requires adherence to policies and procedures while being flexible and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, good judgment, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential attributes for success in this role.

They must have strong English communication skills, basic to advanced computer skills, and demonstrate the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Physical demands of the job include standing or walking for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Completion of the Safe Serve Alcohol Vending Course is also required.
