We are actively seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to assist the Restaurant Manager with staff training and development and to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will manage staff performance and ensure that every guest receives exceptional dining service that reflects the sophisticated standards of The Bohemian Hotel. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in fostering a positive, professional, and efficient workplace. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • strong leadership skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic cash handling skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • prior cash handling experience
  • experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
