The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Schulte Hospitality Group offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this vibrant team. This position requires a dynamic and service-oriented individual capable of overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and leading staff to deliver memorable guest experiences. The Supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring departmental staff, directing employees to meet operational needs, and managing the floor in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager. Duties also include opening and closing departmental procedures and handling all guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a consistent, customer-first mentality.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of two years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff
- Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
- Oversee food and beverage operations in absence of the F&B Manager
- Performs department opening and/or closing duties
- Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
- Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
- Perform various other duties as assigned
