We are currently seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join the team. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and managing the staff effectively. This position demands a leader with excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to foster a teamwork-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success in the hospitality field, particularly in supervisory roles within food and beverage operations.

Your responsibilities will include staff training and development, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems such as MICROS and familiarity with certifications like TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe will be advantageous. Flexibility is important as the role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
