Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Associate degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
Four years of full-service food and beverage experience
One year of leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Ability to obtain a Class III A license as required by regulatory offices
Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing
Physical ability to stand or sit for up to 10 hours
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Associate degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
Four years of full-service food and beverage experience
One year of leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
Preferred gaming experience
Preferred experience working with tribal entities
Additional education or experience may substitute for minimum requirements

Job Duties

Lead, coach, and manage food and beverage staff while maintaining schedules that ensure proper coverage and consistent, high quality guest service
Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations and address operational or guest related issues promptly and professionally
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost controls to maximize resources, minimize waste, and prevent loss
Ensure compliance with all department policies, service standards, and applicable food, beverage, alcohol, and gaming regulations
Complete accurate shift reporting, payroll processing, and ongoing communication with leadership regarding performance, sales, guest feedback, and improvement opportunities
