Job Duties
- Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage services to every guest by delivering food to tables in a timely manner
- Monitor stock levels continuously and obtain supplies and equipment for refreshment bars
- Perform routine daily inventory of all required refreshment bar items including cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware
- Demonstrate the importance of prompt and efficient service to bartenders, beverage servers, and supervisors
- Assist bartenders and servers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Support team efforts in maintaining a positive guest experience
