Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • One to two years of employment in a related position
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Excellent comprehension skills for following policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and chemicals
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 20-40 lbs daily
  • Ability to stand and move continuously during shift
  • Ability to bend as needed
  • Experience working in hospitality environments
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to food and beverage operations

Job Qualifications

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • One to two years of related experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong comprehension abilities for guest and associate matters
  • Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and chemical agents used in training
  • Experience with scheduling and reading business forecasts and SOPs

Job Duties

  • Manage the human resources within the department
  • Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees including hiring, training, coaching, performance and salary reviews, conflict resolution, discipline, and termination
  • Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget, business and marketing plan, forecasts and objectives
  • Implement and manage all company and franchise programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, sanitary regulations, and all applicable laws
  • Market the food and beverage outlets through menu development, promotions, displays, and presentation within corporate guidelines
  • Manage the maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
  • Respond to customer needs, issues and feedback to ensure quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
