Job Requirements
- More than two years of post high school education
- One to two years of employment in a related position
- Strong oral communication skills
- Excellent comprehension skills for following policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and chemicals
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 20-40 lbs daily
- Ability to stand and move continuously during shift
- Ability to bend as needed
- Experience working in hospitality environments
- Availability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to food and beverage operations
Job Qualifications
- More than two years of post high school education
- One to two years of related experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong comprehension abilities for guest and associate matters
- Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and chemical agents used in training
- Experience with scheduling and reading business forecasts and SOPs
Job Duties
- Manage the human resources within the department
- Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees including hiring, training, coaching, performance and salary reviews, conflict resolution, discipline, and termination
- Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget, business and marketing plan, forecasts and objectives
- Implement and manage all company and franchise programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, sanitary regulations, and all applicable laws
- Market the food and beverage outlets through menu development, promotions, displays, and presentation within corporate guidelines
- Manage the maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
- Respond to customer needs, issues and feedback to ensure quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
