We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager. This leadership role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and club lounge. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee hiring, training, and supervising front-of-house staff such as servers, bartenders, and baristas, ensuring that all team members adhere to the highest standards of service excellence.
Your responsibilities will extend to inventory monitoring and ordering, budget management, cost control, and financial analysis to maximize profitability. You will enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The role also involves developing innovative promotional strategies and events to increase sales and enhance customer engagement. Handling guest concerns professionally and elevating guest satisfaction through employee development are critical components of this position. This full-time role requires availability on weekends, holidays, and evening shifts to ensure seamless operations during peak hours. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supervising in food and beverage or hospitality leadership
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar service, and customer service best practices
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Must be available for weekends, holidays, and PM shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software
- Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) preferred
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity
- Hearing, writing, typing
- Minimum pulling of 50 pounds
- Other duties may be assigned

Job Duties

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverage and supplies as needed
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability
