Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supervising in food and beverage or hospitality leadership
- Must be available for weekends, holidays, and PM shifts
- Strong proficiency in multitasking
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred
- Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds
- Must have physical ability to perform pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity tasks
- Proficient in hearing, writing, and typing
- Knowledge of English language to communicate effectively
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar service, and customer service best practices
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software
- Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the English language for effective communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and manual dexterity
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurant, bar, room service, and club lounge
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house staff such as servers, bartenders, and baristas
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met or exceeded
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages and supplies as needed
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop promotional strategies and events to increase sales and customer engagement
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- Increase guest satisfaction through employee development
