Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supervising in food and beverage or hospitality leadership
  • Must be available for weekends, holidays, and PM shifts
  • Strong proficiency in multitasking
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred
  • Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must have physical ability to perform pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity tasks
  • Proficient in hearing, writing, and typing
  • Knowledge of English language to communicate effectively
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar service, and customer service best practices
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software
  • Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the English language for effective communication
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and manual dexterity

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurant, bar, room service, and club lounge
  • Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house staff such as servers, bartenders, and baristas
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met or exceeded
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages and supplies as needed
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Develop promotional strategies and events to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
  • Increase guest satisfaction through employee development
