Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum 3 years of relevant food and beverage management experience
- proven experience in restaurant, bar, cafe, and event operations

Job Duties
- Lead the daily operations of Dawn, Dusk, and all food and beverage programming
- oversee private events, activations, and special programming
- coach, develop, and inspire the food and beverage team
- manage scheduling, labor, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
- maintain exceptional service, cleanliness, and operational standards
- partner with hotel leadership to create memorable guest experiences and drive revenue opportunities
