With a commitment to inclusivity and respect, Sodexo values diversity and strives to build positive experiences for both customers and employees across various industries worldwide.

We are currently seeking a MicroKitchen Manager based in Redmond, WA, to oversee the daily operations of on-campus micro kitchens, pantries, and coffee bars. These spaces are vital in fueling productivity and encouraging social interactions among employees by providing convenient, high-quality food and beverage options that align with Sodexo's hospitality standards. The MicroKitchen Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each micro kitchen is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and operates seamlessly to deliver a hospitality-driven experience. This position requires a hands-on leader who excels in team development, operational management, and maintaining strict compliance with food safety standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing fast-paced operational settings and thrives when building and guiding strong teams. The MicroKitchen Manager will lead various operational activities, such as inventory control, vendor management, and food safety compliance, including HACCP documentation and sanitation standards. They will coordinate with workplace and client teams to support service expectations and improve product offerings continually. Furthermore, this role encourages a hospitality-driven mindset, focusing on creating welcoming and efficient food service environments that contribute positively to employee satisfaction and client reputation.
