We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Stewarding Manager to join our highly motivated team. The role is integral to the smooth operation and cleanliness of all back-of-house kitchen and banquet areas, ensuring that the culinary and service teams are supported efficiently and effectively. Reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key role in directing and coordinating stewarding operations including kitchen sanitation, equipment management, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Your expertise in managing labor costs, operational budgets, scheduling, and inventory control will be crucial in enhancing overall productivity. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours, including availability on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all back-of-house operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in support of culinary and service teams
- Manage stewarding staff, maintain sanitation standards, optimize inventory of kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets for the stewarding department
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Sous Chef and other department heads to streamline operations
- Monitor and enforce health and safety policies consistently across all kitchen and banquet areas
- Lead and train stewarding staff to uphold high standards of hygiene and operational excellence
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain equipment functionality and cleanliness
