The company partners with prestigious brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, Kimpton, Marriott, and Margaritaville, bringing an entrepreneurial management style that combines the personalized service of a boutique company with the expertise and resources of a large organization. Davidson Hospitality Group is structured into four specialized verticals: Davidson Hotels, Pivot, Davidson Resorts, and Davidson Restaurant Group, ensuring a broad range of expertise in the hospitality industry. The company prides itself on a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and the highest standards in hospitality.

Currently, Davidson Hospitality Group is spearheading the reopening of the historic Royal Palm South Beach Miami, an iconic beachfront hotel undergoing a transformative $110 million renovation, set to reopen in 2026. Located at the vibrant intersection of Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive, the Royal Palm offers guests unmatched access to Miami Beach’s pristine white sand beaches, oceanfront boardwalk, and nearby cultural hotspots, dining, and entertainment venues ranging from Lincoln Road to Espaola Way. The newly redesigned Royal Palm will stand 17 stories tall, boasting 404 contemporary guest rooms alongside 20,000 square feet of flexible event space. This dynamic environment is designed to bridge the worlds of business and leisure seamlessly, catering to high-impact meetings, incentive travel, lifestyle-driven gatherings, and unforgettable group experiences.

As part of this momentous reopening, Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the Royal Palm team. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, inventory control, menu development, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. The Food and Beverage Manager will be integral in shaping a bold new vision for the hotel’s lifestyle-driven hospitality offerings and delivering an elevated guest experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a landmark project, working in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality setting and collaborating with a team dedicated to innovation and excellence. Candidates passionate about lifestyle hospitality and eager to grow their careers within an iconic brand at such an exciting transformational phase will find this role particularly rewarding.
