Job Requirements
- Previous food and beverage management experience preferred
- availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
- strong skills in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions
- manage staffing, scheduling, and service flow to support high-volume business levels
- lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- monitor and control costs including labor, food, and beverage expenses
- manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and brand expectations are consistently met
- collaborate with Sales and Events teams to execute successful banquet and group functions
- address guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
