Job Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage management experience preferred
  • availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
  • strong skills in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization
  • ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team

  • ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and service flow to support high-volume business levels
  • lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • monitor and control costs including labor, food, and beverage expenses
  • manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and brand expectations are consistently met
  • collaborate with Sales and Events teams to execute successful banquet and group functions
  • address guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
