Currently, Superhost Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager for Embassy Suites Naperville. This pivotal role is integral to ensuring the delivery of outstanding dining and event experiences across all food service outlets at the property. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions, ensuring seamless service flow and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staffing, scheduling, and training team members to uphold high standards of guest service. With a sharp focus on financial performance, you will monitor and control costs related to labor, food, and beverage, along with managing inventory and vendor relationships.

Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with the Sales and Events teams to deliver flawless banquet and group functions, elevating guest experiences and driving revenue growth. The Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in addressing guest feedback, resolving service issues promptly, and maintaining hygiene and brand standards consistently throughout all food and beverage outlets.
