The Food & Beverage Manager role is essential in overseeing, controlling, and administering all food and beverage outlets within the property. The manager is responsible for maintaining and exceeding brand standards in each outlet while ensuring outstanding guest service and satisfaction. This position involves managing daily operations, including monitoring financial reports, labor costs, and inventory control to maintain profitability. The manager also leads the planning and execution of hotel-sponsored events, supports marketing strategies, and helps foster a positive environment for both guests and employees.

This role requires hands-on management, including supervising associates, handling customer inquiries professionally, and ensuring that food and beverage products meet quality and consistency standards. The Food & Beverage Manager also conducts pre-shift and departmental meetings and maintains communication across departments to support smooth operations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a food and beverage supervisor
  • previous experience in a property of similar size and nature
  • food and beverage product and equipment knowledge
  • current food handler card or in process of certification
  • ability to work under pressure
  • physical ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds
  • constant standing and walking required
  • frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling
  • basic knowledge of the English language

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a food and beverage supervisor
