The Food & Beverage Manager role within this hotel property is pivotal in overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, driving exceptional guest service, operational excellence, financial success, and compliance with company and brand standards. This full-time position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager and supervises assistant F&B managers, restaurant and bar supervisors, servers, bartenders, and banquet staff. The manager is tasked with ensuring smooth operational flow across multiple dining and beverage venues, supporting personnel through training and development, maintaining quality control, and upholding service excellence. A strong blend of leadership, communication, and analytical skills is necessary to manage staffing schedules, cost control measures, and guest satisfaction. This role also plays an integral part in menu planning, beverage program enhancements, promotional event coordination, and strategic collaboration with sales and banquets departments to support group and event operations. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality business or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring high service and quality standards
- Lead mentor and support food and beverage supervisors and frontline team members
- Maintain strong guest satisfaction scores and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Assist with menu development beverage programs and promotional events
- Manage labor scheduling staffing levels and performance management
- Monitor financial performance cost controls and inventory processes
- Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure cleanliness safety and brand compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety health and alcohol regulations
- Collaborate with sales banquets and front office for event and group coordination
- Assist the Director of food and beverage with budgets forecasting and departmental reporting
- Support the hiring onboarding and training of food and beverage employees
