The role involves developing blended learning strategies, including classroom sessions, job aids, digital modules, microlearning, and experiential simulations designed to empower staff at all levels.
The Training Manager will play a key role in onboarding, pre-opening venue training, and ongoing coaching, ensuring that both staff and leaders embody MGM Resorts' luxury service ethos. They will spearhead observation and secret shopping calibration processes, provide train-the-trainer programs for leadership, and collaborate closely with HR and other Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with mandatory learning initiatives and technological updates. The position also emphasizes the integration of anticipatory service, emotional intelligence, and creating memorable guest interactions into everyday service delivery.
