Rooted deeply in the spirit of the outdoors and intentional living, Gravity Haus encourages guests to connect with nature while fostering a sense of community among locals and travelers alike. The brand is dedicated to enabling a modern way of travel that balances adventure, wellness, and social connection. The company prides itself on a culture guided by core values such as continuous growth, collaboration, creating meaningful experiences, dedication, and leaving a positive impact. These principles shape every aspect of the guest experience and the company’s internal culture, ensuring each team member feels invested in the purpose and growth of the brand.
The role of Haus Experience Specialist F&B is integral to delivering exceptional service and representing the warm, inviting atmosphere that defines Gravity Haus. This position is uniquely dynamic and hybrid, requiring the specialist to split their time effectively between the café space and guest support services. As the face of the property, the Haus Experience Specialist handles a variety of responsibilities that include preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, beer, and wine, as well as simple food items. Beyond café duties, this position plays a crucial role in guest interactions such as assisting with check-in and check-out processes and addressing general guest needs and inquiries.
Successful candidates will thrive in a role that demands adaptability, friendliness, and excellent customer service skills. The position offers a perfect blend of fast-paced hospitality service with guest relations, ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with diverse guests and managing multiple tasks throughout the day. Team members are expected to maintain clean, organized spaces and ensure smooth operational flow of transactions and inventory. Proficiency with POS systems and guest service tools, while not mandatory, is a plus that supports efficiency in daily duties. Completion of state-approved safety and alcohol service training within 60 days of hire is required to align with regulatory standards.
Gravity Haus provides a workplace that values community spirit and personal development, making it an attractive destination for hospitality professionals passionate about delivering memorable experiences. Whether preparing a perfect cup of coffee or resolving guest concerns, the Haus Experience Specialist embodies the company’s mission to create powerful moments and make every guest feel part of a welcoming adventure community. The role offers both full-time and part-time employment options with benefits for full-time employees including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and exclusive membership perks that enhance outdoor and wellness experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking a role that blends service, community engagement, and personal growth within a progressive brand known for its authentic connection to adventure and lifestyle.
