Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead a team effectively
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to handle guest feedback professionally
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred
- experience working in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining setting preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to motivate and coach staff
- knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service
- support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards
- coach, train, and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction
- lead by example on the floor, modeling warm, professional, and unscripted hospitality
- monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage delivery
- assist in managing scheduling, labor control, and inventory to support financial goals
- handle guest feedback with care, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
- partner with culinary, banquet, and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas
- ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- contribute to a culture of teamwork, positivity, and empowerment within the department
