Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead a team effectively

  • ability to handle guest feedback professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred
  • experience working in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining setting preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • passion for hospitality and attention to detail
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service
  • support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards
  • coach, train, and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction
  • lead by example on the floor, modeling warm, professional, and unscripted hospitality
  • monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage delivery
  • assist in managing scheduling, labor control, and inventory to support financial goals
  • handle guest feedback with care, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
  • partner with culinary, banquet, and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas
  • ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • contribute to a culture of teamwork, positivity, and empowerment within the department
