Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cooking or baking experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong guest relations skills
  • Physical stamina to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements

Job Duties

  • Ensure smooth workflow within Deer Valley's lodges and restaurants
  • Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and baking areas
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to manage high-volume service periods
  • Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Provide outstanding guest relations and accommodate special dietary requests
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
