Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cooking or baking experience preferred
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong guest relations skills
- Physical stamina to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements

Job Duties
- Ensure smooth workflow within Deer Valley's lodges and restaurants
- Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and baking areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to manage high-volume service periods
- Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide outstanding guest relations and accommodate special dietary requests
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
