Job Duties

  • Prepare food and beverages according to the brands operational standards
  • Provide guests with great service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Maintain adequate stock level of all products
  • Efficiently receive product deliveries and restock stores
  • Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter and while in the store
  • Communicate appropriately with fellow team members treating others fairly and with respect
  • Respond positively to feedback and direction
  • Hold themselves accountable for responsibilities on their shift
  • Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with their experience
  • Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems urgently

  • Maintain a clean and neat workstation and guest areas
  • Complete all required training and support training of other team members
  • Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives

  • Comply with all Company, Brand, Casino, and franchisee policies
  • Know and follow all company policies and receiving procedures
  • Understand store Loss Prevention Procedures to minimize shrinkage
