The Missoula PaddleHeads Professional Baseball Club is a well-established baseball organization located in Missoula, Montana. Known for its community-centric approach and a passion for delivering an exceptional fan experience, the PaddleHeads play a pivotal role in the local sports scene. The club operates out of Ogren Park Allegiance Field, offering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for baseball fans during the event season from May to September. The Food & Beverage Department at the Missoula PaddleHeads is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Member Lead to join their concessions team during the seasonal event period. This position plays a critical role in managing the concessions stands at Ogren Park Allegiance Field, ensuring that the food and beverage offerings meet the high standards expected by fans and the community. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, the Team Member Lead will work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and fan satisfaction. This role requires someone who is passionate about providing quality service, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced professional baseball environment. The ideal candidate will embrace success, demonstrate creativity in enhancing food and beverage products, and uphold the PaddleHeads' commitment to excellence.

Job Duties
- work firsthand with the f&b manager and supervisor ensuring the highest level of customer service, cleanliness, and satisfaction of our fans
- work with the food & beverage operations manager to ensure our employees are doing right, and engaging meaningfully to their fullest potential while present at ogren park
- orders are being completed in a timely manner and done correctly for our fans
- responsible for helping close registers at the end of a shift
