The Bartender will work at Six | Seven Restaurant, one of Seattle’s premier dining venues located within The Edgewater. The restaurant is renowned for its Pacific Northwest cuisine, creative menu options, indoor/outdoor seating, and lively lounge atmosphere featuring happy hours and live weekend entertainment. This is an excellent environment for bartenders who want to showcase their skills in a vibrant, upscale setting where guest satisfaction is paramount.
The responsibilities include mastering full menu knowledge, demonstrating proficiency with a broad assortment of wines, beers, and spirits, and delivering creative craft cocktails with consistency and style. Candidates must be capable of handling cash transactions accurately and managing multiple orders simultaneously, all while maintaining organization and composure. The role also demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift trays and stand for extended periods. Job Requirements
- Full menu and proficient wine, beer, and spirits knowledge required
- An understanding and or the willingness to learn craft cocktails
- Must be able to lift trays
- Must be accountable for cash
- Must be organized and able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Ability to free pour to regular testing and proper use of jiggers is mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or relevant food and beverage service
- Knowledge of full beverage menu including wines, beers, and spirits
- Ability to learn and prepare craft cocktails
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Physical ability to lift trays and stand for long periods
