The Bar Back is responsible for replenishing beverage stocks and supplies, removing empty bottles and trash, washing glasses, polishing bar fixtures, and preparing necessary fruit garnishes. Additionally, this role involves handling inventory management by receiving, issuing, and keeping records of liquor store supplies. The Bar Back also stocks and rotates all inventory to maintain freshness and availability of goods. The ideal candidate will be someone who is at least 21 years old, has a high school diploma or GED, and possesses at least one year of experience working in a high-volume bar environment. Moreover, the position requires obtaining and maintaining a Class III Gaming License along with permits from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board and Health Department.
