The role available is that of a Bar Back, primarily tasked with supporting the bartender by keeping the bar and surrounding areas in a pristine condition. The Bar Back is responsible for replenishing beverage stocks and supplies, removing empty bottles and trash, washing glasses, polishing bar fixtures, and preparing necessary fruit garnishes. The Bar Back also stocks and rotates all inventory to maintain freshness and availability of goods. Moreover, the position requires obtaining and maintaining a Class III Gaming License along with permits from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board and Health Department.
