The Food and Beverage Server role at Silver Reef Casino Resort is an essential position that helps create a welcoming and professional dining environment for all restaurant guests. This is a full-time role that involves providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service, ensuring guests are greeted warmly and treated with the highest standard of hospitality. The server will be responsible for a variety of duties such as greeting guests, refilling beverages, delivering and clearing plates, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a smooth operation. Additionally, the position involves light bartending duties, bar setup, and some cash handling using a POS system. Candidates should be comfortable handling the physical demands of the role, including lifting trays and occasionally carrying heavier items up to 50 pounds. - Greet all guests with a friendly welcoming demeanor
- have excellent menu and casino marketing events knowledge
- refill beverages, deliver and clear dining plates
- reset and maintain cleanliness of restaurant
- represent the Silver Reef Casino Resorts values and standards while on property
- ability to work within a strong team environment
- properly follow casino and state regulations related to alcohol and health code compliance
- perform any assigned or delegated duties in order to maintain restaurant cleanliness and flow of business
- gathering, bar set up and light bartending

- perform pre-event designated tasks and post-event breakdown
