The Food & Beverage Attendant position, also known as Cafe All-Rounder, is a guest-facing role based onsite at Trailhead Lodge. This hands-on role involves preparing and serving a wide variety of food and beverages, including grab-and-go items, light fare, and beverages ranging from coffee to beer and wine. The role is essential in creating a welcoming and social atmosphere for guests and locals alike, blending food preparation, guest interaction, and beverage service in a fast-paced yet casual environment. Working under the supervision of the Guest Experience Supervisor or Manager, this role is fundamental to guest satisfaction and teamwork. The Food & Beverage Attendant also plays a supportive role in kitchen operations and helps maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
