Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule to include weekdays, weekends, AM, PM, split shifts, and holidays
- This is a nighttime intensive position working primarily dinner shift hours
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Demonstrate your ability to be a team player
- Run food to table in a timely and efficient manner
- Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
- Practice team work and clean as you go policies
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
- Memorize table numbers and seat numbers of the dining room and bar
- Follow opening and closing side work sheet for food runner position
- Demonstrate superior teamwork skills by interfacing with many different members of the team
- Always provide the highest quality of service to guests
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management
