As a tribal enterprise, Emerald Queen Casino also emphasizes respect for tribal traditions and community engagement, making it a unique workplace that honors cultural values alongside business excellence.

The F&B (Food and Beverage) Attendant position at Emerald Queen Casino is a full-time role designed to ensure superior guest service and smooth food and beverage operations within the casino’s diverse dining venues. Working shifts may vary and include day, swing, graveyard, and holiday schedules, thus flexibility and reliability are key attributes for candidates.

The role is essential to the culinary and hospitality operations within the casino, requiring proficiency in food handling and cash processing as well as strong communication skills to interact effectively with a culturally diverse clientele. The F&B Attendant must also be comfortable with a smoke-filled environment typical of many casino venues and hold a valid Washington State Food Handler’s card. Familiarity with computerized POS systems and accurate cash handling contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position also demands physical capability including lifting up to 50 pounds and manual dexterity for food preparation and handling.
