The F&B (Food and Beverage) Attendant position at Emerald Queen Casino is a full-time role designed to ensure superior guest service and smooth food and beverage operations within the casino’s diverse dining venues. This position offers an important frontline role interacting directly with casino patrons, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and efficient. The attendant will assist with food preparation, serving, bussing of tables, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the various food outlets. Starting wage for the F&B Attendant role is $17.03 per hour, increasing to $17.61 per hour plus tips upon successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum one year restaurant experience including cash handling, credit transaction processing, and food handling
- previous busser or hostess experience preferred
- good manual and finger dexterity
- ability to understand department policies and procedures
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- valid Washington State Food Handler's card
- ability to tolerate smoke-filled environments
- able to work day, swing, graveyard, and holiday shifts
- obtain Class III B license as required by Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and Washington State Gaming Commission
- pre-employment drug testing
- Indian preference in hiring applies
- appearance and conduct consistent with company standards
