Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in food and beverage
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
- Ability to push and pull equipment up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- RBS and ServSafe certifications
- Ability to maintain grooming standards
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous F&B experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience required
- Experience in supervisory or management roles within Food & Beverage
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hospitality standards, and cost control
- RBS and ServSafe certifications required
- Ability to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Willingness to perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Job Duties
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
- Oversee opening and closing procedures ensuring compliance with hotel standards
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
- Ensure guests receive outstanding hospitality and prompt resolution of concerns
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Support initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Supervise and schedule F&B team members and conduct ongoing staff training
- Assist with performance evaluations and staff development
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and licensing laws
- Assist in planning and executing banquets and special events
- Prepare operational and financial reports
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain visibility on the floor and assist staff during meal periods
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Interview candidates and oversee hiring approvals
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and requisition procedures
- Complete tip reporting
- Implement and monitor corporate promotions
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
