Job Description

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is an iconic luxury hotel located on the oceanfront of Collins Avenue in the heart of Millionaire's Row, Miami Beach. This historic property, originally opened in 1954, was designed by the legendary architect Morris Lapidus and is renowned for its groundbreaking design that blends Golden Era glamour with modern luxury. Fontainebleau stands as one of the most architecturally significant hotels in Miami Beach, known for its striking aesthetics, contemporary art integration, vibrant music scene, fashion-forward atmosphere, and advanced technology offerings. The hotel serves as a multifaceted destination where guests can enjoy a wide variety of experiences including dining, shopping, relaxing at the spa, meeting socially and professionally, or simply basking in the lavish surroundings. Fontainebleau continues to innovate by creating an immersive environment where each guest can play their unique role, making it much more than just a place to stay but a lifestyle experience that captivates and inspires.

The role of Restaurant Sales Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a dynamic and strategic position pivotal to driving revenue growth through the hotel's culinary venues. This full-time leadership role involves crafting and executing comprehensive sales plans tailored to the unique offerings of each restaurant within the resort. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the entire Restaurant Sales Department, providing direction, growth strategies, and ensuring successful sales outcomes. With a focus on innovation and relationship-building, the Restaurant Sales Manager will engage in direct sales initiatives, oversee marketing campaigns including direct mail, and identify key markets to foster business relationships. This position requires a hands-on approach to manage client engagements and optimize the use of the hotel's exceptional dining spaces. In addition, the manager will coordinate with various operational departments to resolve any service issues promptly, ensuring a seamless guest experience aligned with Fontainebleau's high standards of luxury and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and capable of leading teams while maintaining strong client relations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the legacy of Fontainebleau by enhancing its restaurant sales performance and ensuring its culinary venues remain top-tier destinations for both locals and visitors alike.
