The Talent Relations Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Relations team with day-to-day projects designed to foster an exceptional experience for THE TEAM Creators' talent. This internship is an ideal opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in talent management, partnerships, events, and creator services within a dynamic and culturally influential company. The position involves a variety of tasks ranging from research and administrative duties to direct involvement in organizing onboarding processes and event preparations. Interns will gain practical skills and industry insight by working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment focused on entertainment, sports, and creator economies.
This internship is tailored for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute in meaningful ways while supporting cross-functional projects. The role involves preparing onboarding materials and resources for new talent, helping organize critical documentation, tracking task completion, and updating internal resources to ensure efficient team operations. Interns will also conduct research into hotels, restaurants, and creative service providers in key markets, adding value to THETEAM’s comprehensive internal resource lists and partnership trackers.
Event support forms a significant component of this role, where interns assist in organizing guest lists, managing RSVP tracking, and preparing event materials. Administrative assistance extends to the use of digital tools such as Monday.com, Creator IQ, G-Suite platforms, and Slack, promoting smooth communication and project tracking within the team. The position is designed to cultivate excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative work ethic.
The internship starts on September 9th, 2026, and ends on December 11th, 2026, requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week and the ability to earn college credit. Job Duties
- Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome resources for new talent
- Assist with organizing onboarding documents and tracking completion of onboarding tasks
- Update internal resources and documents as needed
- Research hotels, restaurants, and creative service providers in key markets
- Help maintain internal resource lists and partnership trackers
- Assist with organizing contact information and partnership materials
- Assist with preparation for talent events and experiences
- Help organize guest lists, RSVP tracking, and event materials
- Provide general administrative support for event planning as needed
- Assist with updating spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documents
- Conduct research for special projects and team initiatives
