Job Description
Our company is a prestigious aviation firm specializing in providing luxury and professional flight operations services, focusing on ultra-long-range business jets. We operate with a commitment to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service, supporting discerning clients who demand exceptional flying experiences. Based in locations including the New York Metro and South Florida regions, we pride ourselves on employing expert flight crews and dedicated support staff to ensure seamless operations for our fleet of state-of-the-art aircraft. Our high-touch flight operations department is known for its professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness to owner and passenger needs, making us a leader in private aviation services.
We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Falcon 6X Captain to join our elite team. This role involves the professional operation of the 2026 model Falcon 6X aircraft, flying under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, with an annual flight time of 350 hours distributed as 200 hours under Part 91 and 150 hours under Part 135. The position is part of a three-pilot account, supported by a factory-trained maintenance technician and a dedicated cabin attendant, ensuring a streamlined and supportive working environment. The successful candidate will have direct responsibilities for the safe, efficient, and courteous operation of our Falcon 6X jet, including all aspects of flight planning, execution, and post-flight procedures. In addition to flying duties, this role requires effective coordination with maintenance teams and company management to uphold the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
The Falcon 6X Captain will operate complex avionics systems, monitor aircraft health, and adjust to operational changes while maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties. A critical component of the role is providing superior customer service and creating a positive impression with passengers, making use of excellent interpersonal skills. This job demands flexibility, including the ability to work varying hours encompassing days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the flight schedule of the aircraft owner. Candidates must be service-oriented, well-groomed, and ready to work in a dynamic and exclusive environment. Experience in handling onboard animals is also required, reflecting our attention to personalized client needs.
The ideal applicant will possess FAA Airline Transport Pilot certification, have extensive experience flying ultra-long range business jets such as Falcon 6X, 7X, or 8X, and hold comparable type qualifications. The role's responsibilities extend beyond flying to include leadership within the flight operations department, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on achieving operational goals while maintaining morale. Initial training for this position is scheduled to commence on March 30, 2026, highlighting the forward-looking nature of our team development.
If you are a seasoned pilot with a passion for safety, professionalism, and delivering outstanding service in the private aviation sector, this is a unique opportunity to join a world-class operation and advance your career with a stable, supportive employer committed to excellence.
