As a Facility Operations Associate at CloudKitchens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of food orders from kitchen to delivery, supporting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires you to organize and transport food orders with accurate scanning, manage administrative tasks, maintain clean and orderly facilities, and act as a key problem solver for any issues that arise. You will serve as a person-to-person connection between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth operations at the food hub.

This position offers both part-time and full-time employment options, with pay ranging between $21.50 and $22.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The work location is onsite at the Sunnyvale Food Hub, where shifts run seven days a week from morning to night, providing flexibility to match individual availability. The role requires a hands-on approach with responsibilities including retrieving orders from kitchens, providing excellent service to internal teams and external customers, and maintaining a clean, fast-food style facility environment.

The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and multitasking skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, food service, or as a delivery driver is highly beneficial but not required. CloudKitchens values a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, encouraging team members to work independently while supporting a collaborative environment.

Job Requirements
