Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and administrative tasks
- Reliable transportation to commute to in-person work location

- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or delivery app driving preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
Job Duties
- Organize and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs
- Handle administrative duties including maintaining clean facilities
- Troubleshoot operational issues proactively
- Serve as the reliable face of our business to restaurant partners, drivers, and team members
- Retrieve orders efficiently from kitchens to central processing
- Provide outstanding service to the facility team, restaurant customers, and delivery drivers
- Build community connections between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers
