The role of Facility Operations Associate at CloudKitchens is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations within their food preparation and delivery centers. This position involves organizing and transporting food orders accurately by using careful scanning and coordinating handoffs between kitchens, drivers, and processing teams. You will be responsible for facilitating a streamlined order flow that minimizes delays and maximizes customer satisfaction. Another key aspect of this job includes performing administrative tasks such as maintaining cleanliness of the facilities and acting as the primary problem solver when operational challenges arise. This role also serves as a bridge between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and delivery drivers, supporting teamwork and communication across all parties involved.

Facility Operations Associates are the visible face of the company in the facility, providing service with a friendly and professional attitude. You will retrieve orders from kitchens, ensure proper processing, and communicate clearly and courteously with restaurant staff and delivery drivers. The job requires multitasking, attention to detail, physical stamina (lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs), and an ability to work independently to troubleshoot issues and keep operations running smoothly. Ideal candidates have experience or an interest in customer service, food service, or delivery driving but no prior experience is required to apply.
