The Facility Operations Associate role at CloudKitchens is designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and delivering exceptional service while contributing to a smooth operational flow. This position involves organizing and transporting food orders efficiently using accurate scanning and smart handoff strategies, ensuring a flawless transition of orders from restaurant kitchens to delivery drivers. Alongside these logistical responsibilities, associates handle various administrative duties, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, and serve as the primary problem solver for any operational issues that arise. Facility Operations Associates act as vital connectors between CloudKitchens, the partnered restaurants, and the delivery network. They build strong community bridges that foster collaboration and ensure communication flows smoothly to keep operations running without disruption. The position is both physically active and people-oriented, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs safely while engaging professionally with different stakeholders. The company offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities, with pay ranging from $21.50 to $22.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Shifts cover a broad range from morning to night, seven days a week, providing flexibility to match individual schedules. This role is based in Vallejo Food Pick-Up location, where associates work primarily in person and in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment. The expected working hours span from a minimum of 15 hours weekly to full-time engagement at 40 hours per week.
