Facility Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and hands-on Facility Manager to take full ownership of our physical facility. This is a vital role that blends routine day-to-day maintenance duties with oversight of major construction and improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repairs independently and managing external contractors to ensure complex projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role supports our ongoing expansion including the construction of a new pool and a building surrounding it. The successful candidate will have strong experience in facility management, construction, or skilled trades and a solid working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

This Facility Manager position is full-time with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary starts from $45,000 per year and includes profit-sharing bonuses based on performance, shared-cost health insurance, fully subsidized dental and vision insurance, a matching 401(k) plan, and a share of tips.
