Job Duties

Thoroughly cleanse all sections of the establishment such as surfaces, glass panels, lavatories, and garbage bins in accordance with Kohl's guidelines, protocols, and procedures
Ensure the utilization of authorized chemicals, materials, and tools to uphold a secure and hygienic setting
Keep track of the quantities of approved company chemicals and materials and initiate orders for restocking when necessary
Organize and store items in appropriate receptacles to ensure safe handling
Fulfill and uphold necessary training for chemical application, equipment operation, and upkeep protocols
Follow the company's instructions for routine equipment upkeep
Utilize Kohl's tools and technology for strategizing, communicating, and disseminating information to the store staff
Assist the operations team by helping with the reception and handling of products, organizing the stockroom, and fulfilling omnichannel orders when necessary
Approach customers with a warm welcome and provide help with their product and service needs
Demonstrate honesty and encourage collaboration within a diverse setting
Use discretion and seek advice from relevant collaborators when navigating choices
Show a dedication to the customer by predicting and satisfying their requirements in a proactive manner
Achieve or surpass personal targets concerning efficiency, trustworthiness, and commitment
Effectively handling various tasks within designated timeframes
Follow the safety protocols set by the company to ensure the well-being of both employees and clients
Adhere to instructions given by supervisors, managers, and fellow staff members within the organization
