Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance a plus
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Willingness to use protective clothing and equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Compliance with U-Haul’s nicotine-free hiring policy in applicable states
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility

Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Perform assigned cleaning tasks promptly and efficiently
- Assist with maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
- Communicate any maintenance or safety issues
- Other duties as assigned
