The role of Distribution Facility Manager at Performance Team is critical in directing and overseeing all operational functions of a distribution facility. The facility manager is accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing particularly on Ecommerce and Omni Channel fulfillment. The position demands expertise in managing shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and value-added services (VAS), with an emphasis on rapid carton throughput involving import deconsolidation and domestic consolidation. The role extends to overseeing store deliveries including unloading, sorting, palletizing, and ensuring on-time delivery. It also includes managing domestic pickup and delivery functions, plus repair and maintenance of the facility and transportation fleet.
