This position is non-exempt, offering an hourly pay range of $16 to $20, reflective of experience and dedication. The role also involves assisting with storm preparedness, recovery efforts, and other special projects, supporting the venue’s operations beyond routine maintenance.

Working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, Facilities Porters must be ready to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and communicate well with supervisors and colleagues. Physical stamina is important since the job requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Availability during weekends and holidays is also necessary, as these are peak times for PopStroke venues.
