PopStroke is a dynamic and innovative entertainment brand founded by passionate individuals who believe that energy fuels results and culture drives momentum. Unlike typical venue operators, PopStroke is dedicated to creating a unique, engaging experience that transforms every visit into a memorable event. The company’s culture is built around collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement, emphasizing bold ideas, personal growth, and a supportive work environment. Each team member at PopStroke is empowered to become the best version of themselves, encouraged to take initiative, and recognized for their contributions. With a focus on problem-solving, teamwork, and fun, PopStroke fosters a workplace where enthusiasm and dedication lead to success and satisfaction. This philosophy is known internally as The PopStroke Way, which encompasses core values such as Making It Fun, Bringing the Energy, Rolling Up Your Sleeves, Owning It, and Getting Off the Hamster Wheel by challenging the status quo and finding better ways to serve guests and colleagues.
As a Facilities Porter at PopStroke, you play a crucial role behind the scenes ensuring the venue is safe, clean, and welcoming for every guest. You will be responsible for maintaining various areas including restrooms, dining sections, golf courses, and kitchen facilities, guaranteeing that every corner is spotless and inviting. Your work directly impacts the overall guest experience by creating an environment where visitors can relax, play, and enjoy themselves without concern. This role involves conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and hazards, keeping inventory well-stocked, assisting with storm preparedness, and following strict safety protocols to protect both guests and staff. The Facilities Porter position is a non-exempt role offering a competitive pay rate between $16 and $20 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role within the PopStroke team. Working both indoors and outdoors, this position demands a hands-on approach and the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high cleanliness standards, joining PopStroke as a Facilities Porter offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and growing entertainment destination.
