The American Red Cross embodies values of compassion, dedication, and unity, striving to make a measurable impact on communities and individuals in need. Joining this organization means becoming part of a welcoming and diverse team that values teamwork, integrity, and the human spirit at its best.

Using tools such as hand and power tools along with blueprints and wiring diagrams, the incumbent will troubleshoot and repair building systems, HVAC equipment, and other mechanical devices. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are important for service requests and purchase orders, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. On-call duties may also be part of the job.

The American Red Cross values growth and development, offering mentorship and opportunities for meaningfully advancing one’s career in a mission-driven environment. The compensation package is competitive and includes comprehensive benefits designed to support team members at work and in their personal lives. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, health and flexible spending accounts, paid time off starting at 15 days per year, 11 paid holidays, 401k plans with up to 6% match, paid family leave, employee assistance programs, and disability insurance.
