This faith-based organization is internationally recognized for its centers of excellence in cancer treatment, cardiovascular care, orthopedics and sports medicine, and neurosciences. Baptist Health's mission emphasizes compassionate care backed by cutting-edge medical innovations and dedicated philanthropy that supports their services and growth.
For over a quarter of a century, Baptist Health has been consistently named among Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, reflecting its strong workplace culture and employee satisfaction. In the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospital rankings, Baptist Health was the most awarded healthcare system in South Florida, earning 63 high-performing honors. This distinction highlights their excellence in patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.
What truly distinguishes Baptist Health is its people-centered approach. Employees at Baptist Health forge meaningful connections with each other and with the patients and families they serve. Many team members bring personal healthcare experiences that deepen empathy and compassion in their work. The organization’s culture is firmly rooted in purpose, imbued with values that prioritize quality, respect, and collaboration. Every staff member is empowered to contribute positively, embodying Baptist Health’s slogan: "when it comes to caring for people, we're all in."
The current opening is for a role responsible for operating and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as well as serving as an Administrator for data input and generating comprehensive reports, both regular and special. This position also involves operating and ensuring optimal efficiency of plant control systems. Additionally, the role includes acting as a backup dispatcher and administrative coordinator for the computer room, providing critical support to maintain system reliability and performance.
The estimated pay range for this position is $21.24 to $27.61 per hour, depending on experience. As part of a supportive organization, Baptist Health offers a 'grow our own' philosophy, meaning they invest in their employees with ample opportunities for career growth and development. Employees benefit from a broad range of comprehensive health and wellness resources that extend well beyond traditional benefits, including wellness programs designed to reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket healthcare costs by helping employees meet their medical plan deductibles.
Furthermore, Baptist Health supports continued education through tuition reimbursement programs and fosters an environment where employees can build meaningful, long-term careers. The organization's holistic approach to employee well-being and professional growth makes it an attractive choice for individuals seeking a fulfilling healthcare career, not just a job.
With its high standards, exceptional recognition, expansive reach, and deeply rooted values, Baptist Health stands as a beacon of quality healthcare service while prioritizing employee satisfaction and patient-centered care. Those joining their team become part of a mission-driven community committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of many every day.
