We are currently seeking a diligent and dependable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all assigned work areas are consistently maintained in immaculate condition. This position demands a proactive approach to routine cleaning tasks, expertise in handling various cleaning equipment, and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions meticulously. With a focus on excellent customer service skills, the role also requires the ability to stay physically active throughout the work shift, standing or walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to 80 pounds.

The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for the upkeep of site sanitation by performing cleaning functions such as mopping, vacuuming, and operating floor cleaning machines, keeping utility carts and cleaning supplies organized and well-stocked, and responding to specific cleaning needs as directed. This role is crucial in supporting the overall objective of the department, which is to maintain a hygienic environment that meets regulatory standards and enhances the user experience within our facilities.

In addition to the physical demands, the position requires excellent manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to work efficiently under stress and fatigue. Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent and proficiency with a range of cleaning equipment, including wet/dry vacuums, mops, buckets, and cleaning solutions, are encouraged to apply.
