Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering construction management facilities management or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of facilities or project management experience preferably in large-scale hospitality or commercial environments
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and contractors across multiple projects
- Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing life safety
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Job Qualifications

- Experience in a large full-service hotel 500+ rooms preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Familiarity with CMMS systems such as HotSOS Knowcross
- Experience working within brand standards or corporate guidelines
Job Duties
- Lead and manage facility-related projects including renovations capital improvements and major repairs across guest rooms public spaces and back-of-house areas
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors including sourcing negotiating scheduling and performance management
- Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and in alignment with Hyatt brand standards
- Partner closely with the Director of Engineering and hotel leadership to prioritize projects that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Coordinate and align engineering team schedules to balance daily operations preventative maintenance and project work
- Monitor project progress proactively address risks and communicate updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes safety regulations and Hyatt standards
- Conduct regular inspections to verify quality of work and adherence to specifications
- Maintain organized documentation for all projects including contracts permits and close-out reports
- Support long-term capital planning and asset management initiatives
