Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license
- ability to meet physical demands including frequent walking and standing
- capable of handling occasional lifting of more than 100 pounds
- able to work varied shifts including occasional extended hours
- experience interacting with the public preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- willingness to travel constantly on and off site
Job Qualifications

- ability to listen and respond to customer complaints and concerns

Job Duties
- Patrols campus and interacts with public and staff as needed to control smoking or parking in unauthorized areas
- informs persons of tobacco treatment options
- provides special service functions such as assisting individuals experiencing motor vehicle problems
- communicates suspicious activity to appropriate authorities
- maintains a safe and orderly environment on campus
- responds to concerns and complaints regarding smoking and parking
