Job Requirements

  • Degree level education (or equivalent) is desirable
  • 5+ years facilities management experience within a corporate environment
  • core hospitality/concierge/facilities management skills including MEP/Health & Safety/Physical Security
  • proficient in MS Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • able to work independently
  • ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
