Responsibilities further extend to installing and repairing electrical wiring, control circuits, and electrical devices, as well as plumbing fixtures. Additionally, the role involves repairing structural elements such as doors, door locks, closets, and replacing broken windows, which contributes to the safety and security of the facilities.
Candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude towards their work, clients, and colleagues, maintaining professionalism aligned with Wayne Metro’s policies and procedures. The work environment demands physical activity that includes climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and walking in both indoor and outdoor settings exposed to various weather conditions. The ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently is essential.
